Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. Since our items are second-hand, each piece is unique and described as accurately as possible. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work.

When You Can Return an Item

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if the item does not meet the quality stated in the product description.

Examples include:

  • Damage or defects not mentioned in the listing

  • Significant differences between the item received and the description provided

Please note: minor signs of wear that were clearly shown or described are considered part of buying second-hand items and are not grounds for return.


Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must:

  • Be in the same condition as when received

  • Not be worn, washed, or altered

  • Include all original tags (if applicable)


How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

  2. We may ask for photos to help review your request.

  3. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


Review & Refunds

  • All returns are reviewed by our team once received.

  • If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original purchasing card.

  • Refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe after approval.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or misdescribed.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Items that match the product description

  • Items returned after 14 days

  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage after delivery
